Welcome to Gyan Sanatan Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Gyan Sanatan website, account, digital reading platform and related services.

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Gyan Sanatan

Gyan Sanatan is a digital platform intended to provide convenient online access to religious, spiritual, educational and related reading material.

Gyan Sanatan does not represent that it publishes or owns the books displayed on the platform unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Books and Platform Charges

Gyan Sanatan does not charge users for the books themselves.

Any amount collected from a user is a platform access/service charge intended to support the operation, development and maintenance of the Gyan Sanatan platform. These expenses may include hosting, domain services, cloud storage, technical infrastructure, administration, staff, customer support, promotion and other operational expenses.

Payment of a platform access/service charge is for access to and use of the Gyan Sanatan platform and its services. It does not constitute the purchase, sale, transfer of ownership, or grant of ownership rights in any particular book, PDF, or other reading material available through the platform.

3. Public-Domain Content

Gyan Sanatan intends to make available reading material that it reasonably believes to be in the public domain. We make reasonable efforts to review the status of material before making it available; however, copyright status may vary depending on the work, edition, translation, illustrations, jurisdiction, or other circumstances.

Gyan Sanatan does not claim copyright ownership over third-party works merely because they are displayed or made accessible through the platform.

If any author, publisher, rights-holder or authorized representative believes that content available through Gyan Sanatan infringes their rights, they may contact:

The notice should identify the relevant work, the material in question and sufficient information to allow us to review the request.

We may review, restrict or remove disputed material where appropriate.

4. User Accounts

Certain features may require a registered user account.

Users are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of their account credentials.

Accounts are intended for the registered user's use and should not be shared or misused. Each account is intended for individual use by the registered account holder. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activity occurring through their account.

5. Platform Access

After successful completion and verification of the applicable platform access process, eligible users may receive access to the digital reading services provided by Gyan Sanatan.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such access may include reading material currently available on the platform and material added in the future, subject to availability, applicable law and these Terms.

6. Meaning of Lifetime Access

Where Gyan Sanatan uses the expression “Lifetime Access,” it means access for as long as the Gyan Sanatan service/platform remains operational, subject to these Terms.

It does not constitute a guarantee that Gyan Sanatan, any particular technology, website, book, feature or service will operate indefinitely.

7. Content Availability

The library may change over time.

Books or other material may be added, updated, replaced, restricted or removed where necessary for legal, technical, copyright, operational or other legitimate reasons.

Lifetime platform access does not guarantee permanent availability of any specific title.

Platform access provides access to the library made available by Gyan Sanatan from time to time and does not guarantee that any particular book, edition, category, author, publisher, or item of reading material will remain available permanently.

8. Payments

Any applicable platform access charge will be displayed during the payment/checkout process.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

Successful payment is subject to confirmation from the relevant payment system.

9. Failed or Pending Payments

If an amount is deducted but access is not activated or the transaction appears unsuccessful, users should contact:

Users should provide their registered email address and relevant transaction/order information.

Payment reversals and banking timelines may depend on the relevant bank, payment provider or payment gateway.

10. Refunds

Platform access charges are generally non-refundable after platform access has been successfully activated.

Limited exceptions may apply in circumstances such as duplicate transactions, incorrect charges, unresolved technical/payment errors or where a refund is required under applicable law.

11. Account Misuse

Gyan Sanatan may temporarily restrict, suspend or terminate an account where there is reasonable evidence of:

• Fraudulent activity
• Unauthorized account sharing
• Abuse of the platform or its systems
• Attempts to bypass security or access controls
• Unauthorized redistribution of protected platform resources
• Conduct that materially harms the platform or other users
• Violation of applicable law
• Material violation of these Terms

Where appropriate, we may investigate the issue before taking permanent action.

12. Referral and Promotional Programs

Gyan Sanatan may offer referral programs, promotional benefits, coupons or other incentives from time to time.

Such programs may have separate eligibility criteria and conditions and may be changed, suspended or withdrawn as permitted by applicable law.

13. Service Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and functional, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary interruption may occur because of maintenance, hosting problems, software updates, security incidents, internet failures, third-party service failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

14. Disclaimer

Gyan Sanatan provides access to religious, spiritual, historical and educational reading material for informational and educational purposes.

Views expressed in books or other materials belong to their respective authors or sources and do not necessarily represent the views of Gyan Sanatan.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gyan Sanatan will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including third-party service failures, internet outages or temporary platform interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.

16. Third-Party Services

Gyan Sanatan may rely on third-party service providers for functions such as payment processing, hosting, cloud infrastructure, email delivery, analytics and other technical or operational services.Certain aspects of these services may also be subject to the respective third party's terms, policies and availability.Gyan Sanatan is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused solely by third-party services beyond its reasonable control, subject always to rights and remedies available to users under applicable law.

17. Changes to the Platform or Terms

Gyan Sanatan may update its services, features and these Terms when reasonably necessary.

Material changes will be reflected by updating the applicable page and “Last Updated” date.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and any mandatory jurisdiction provided by law, disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
