If you experience a problem with your account, payment, platform access, reading system or another Gyan Sanatan service, our support team will assist you.

Messages may be sent outside support hours, but they may be reviewed during the next available support period.

Account & Login Support

• Unable to log in
• Password setup/reset problem
• Account not created after successful payment
• Registered email issue
• Platform access not activated
• Other account-related problems

Whenever possible, email us using your registered email address.

Payment Support

Contact support if:

• Money was deducted but payment appears unsuccessful
• Payment succeeded but platform access was not activated
• You were charged more than once
• You believe an incorrect amount was charged
• You have another transaction-related problem

Please include your transaction/order information where available.

Never send us your UPI PIN, OTP, CVV, card PIN, banking password or other sensitive banking credentials.

Book / Reading Support

• A book is not opening
• The digital reader is not loading
• Pages are not displaying correctly
• You encounter an error while reading

Please mention the name of the book and, where possible, include a screenshot of the error.

Copyright / Rights-Holder Requests

Gyan Sanatan intends to provide access to material that it reasonably believes is in the public domain or otherwise lawfully usable.

If you are an author, publisher, copyright owner or authorized representative and believe that material available on Gyan Sanatan infringes your rights, contact:

Please include sufficient information to identify the work and the material concerned, together with information reasonably necessary for us to evaluate your request.

We will review legitimate notices and may restrict or remove material where appropriate.

Referral Support

For issues relating to referral links, referral tracking or benefits under the Refer & Earn program, contact our support email.
