Go to My Account → Account Details. Enter your new password in the password fields, confirm it, and click Save changes. If you cannot log in, use Lost your password? on the login page.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payment methods available for your order are displayed on the checkout page. Select your preferred method, complete the payment, and wait for the order confirmation.

How do I access my purchased books?

Log in to My Account and open Orders. Select the completed order to view or download your purchased book. Contact us if it is not visible.

How does the referral program work?

Open Refer & Earn and copy your referral link. Share it with your friends. When they join through your link and complete the required steps, you receive the applicable reward.

How long will it take to get a response?

We usually respond within 24 working hours, Monday to Saturday. Messages received on Sundays or public holidays may be answered on the next working day.
